If you find the livestream freezes, simply refresh your browser. This is done by clicking on the circular icon with a clockwise pointing arrow. Your browser will either have this icon on the top left panel or in the actual address bar.

Skype Procedure

Because this is a live broadcast

1. Skype questions will be answered in the last section of the program. Chantal will advise.
2. One Skype call at a time. If another Skype call is in progress, your call cannot be answered
3. When the call is answered, you will hear the live broadcast in the background, and Chantal will call on you, when there is a natural break in the program.
