GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement, and your use of the Website, will be governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. If any court of competent jurisdiction from which no appeal exists or is taken, determines that any provision of this Agreement is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
